Our website provides access to Get Addicted products, apparel, artwork, Gallery offerings, custom merchandise, creative services, and information about other Get Addicted services.

You agree not to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or other misuse.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, descriptions, sizes, and images accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, production method, garment, material, or other factors.

Products and quantities may be limited and are subject to availability.

We may modify, discontinue, or update products without notice.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product-description errors, promotional errors, or other inaccuracies.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving names, spelling, artwork, logos, colors, sizing, placement, quantities, and other specifications for custom merchandise.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except when an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order.

Customer approval of a design, proof, or production specification constitutes authorization for Get Addicted HQ to produce the order according to that approval.

7. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK AND LOGOS

When you provide artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, designs, or other materials for a custom order, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested purpose.

You agree not to knowingly provide material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

Get Addicted HQ may decline production of material we reasonably believe is unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original Get Addicted names, branding, graphics, artwork, photographs, product designs, written content, videos, logos, and other original materials appearing on our website or products are owned by or licensed to Get Addicted LLC.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized merchandise using protected Get Addicted content without permission.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Eligible standard merchandise may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements contained in that policy.

Custom, personalized, and designated Final Sale merchandise is subject to additional restrictions.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Get Addicted HQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

11. LOCAL PICKUP

When local pickup is offered, customers are responsible for following the pickup instructions provided with their order.

Orders should not be considered ready for pickup until the customer receives confirmation from Get Addicted HQ.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or connect with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other technology services.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
